9:00 A.M. Service:

You must be here no later then 8:30 A.M. – setup must be complete by 8:40 A.M. (if you cannot do this – be here earlier) – Follow Sound Checklist to do this…

10:45 A.M. Service: (LIVE)

You must be here no later then 10:35 A.M. – sitting down and ready to start the service – (you are also required at end of service to wait until all are gone from the altar’s, stop the CD music and shutdown the board before you leave.)

It is required you know how to setup and shutdown the system, even if you never have to do it... (You are required to be sitting down 10 minutes prior to service as unexpected requests sometimes take place). Again, eat your donut upstairs if you have to.

6:00 P.M. Service: (LIVE)

You are required to be here at 5:00 P.M. (choir practice starts) – You are also required to turn off music at end of service (after everyone has left the altar) – put all Mic’s away and shutdown the board.
