Printer Stuck? Won’t Print? Don’t Fret, Follow Steps Below |
Step 1 - Find Printer Icon In Lower Right Hand Of Screen And Click - |

Note: The Bottom Taskbar You See In The Screenshot Only Appears When You Drag Your Mouse To The Very Bottom Of The Screen |
Step 2- Click “Stop Jobs” - |

Step 3 - Single Click The Current Job Highlighted In Red And Click Delete - |

Step 4 - Click Start Jobs Again |

Unplug Both Plugs (USB and Power Cord) From Back Of Printer, Wait 10 Seconds, Plug Both Back In Then Print Again |
Note: If Printer is still not functioning properly repeat steps 1-5 |
