If you miss more then 1 sound event (with no 24 hour warning or cover person) in a one month time frame you will no longer be able to do sound.

9:00 A.M. Service:

You must be here no later then 8:30 A.M. – setup must be complete by 8:40 A.M. (if you cannot do this – be here earlier) – Follow Sound Checklist to do this…

10:45 A.M. Service: (LIVE)

You must be here no later then 10:35 A.M. – sitting down and ready to start the service – (you are also required at end of service to wait until all are gone from the altar’s, stop the CD music and shutdown the board before you leave.)

10:45 A.M. Service: (RECORDING)

You must be sitting down in the recording room at 10:30 A.M. – Start to print labels for CD’s and TAPES – check Recording Checklist – get ready to record.

6:00 P.M. Service: (LIVE)

You are required to be here at 5:00 P.M. (choir practice starts) – You are also required to turn off music at end of service (after everyone has left the altar) – put all Mic’s away and shutdown the board (dont forget to also turn off Aviom unit).

6:00 P.M. Service: (RECORDING)

You must be sitting down in the recording room at 5:30 P.M. - Start to print labels for CD’s and TAPES – Check Recording Checklist – get ready to record.
